Regolamento Campionato Sociale
Il Club del Bolognese e Maltese istituisce il Campionato sociale per le razze da lui rappresentate con il seguente regolamento:
1 Al Campionato sociale possono partecipare soltanto soggetti di proprietà dei soci del CBM e soggetti che hanno effettuato i seguenti test:
- Lussazione della rotula per Maltese e Bolognese (ammesso: 0,1 – 1,0 – 1,1)
- Certificazione di esenzione di oculopatie ereditarie per il Maltese
- Certificazione del test genetico della PRA del DNA presso un Istitituto accreditato ENCI (Ammesso: soggetto “clear o soggetto portatore”) per il Bolognese
2 Il Campionato sociale è annuale e tiene conto dei punteggi ottenuti nei raduni e nelle speciali organizzati dal CBM con il patrocinio dell’ENCI nel corso dell’anno solare 1 gennaio 31 dicembre. Sono escluse dal computo del punteggio i raduni e le speciali delle razze Italiane organizzate direttamente dall’ENCI.
3 Il titolo di campione sociale adulto e di campione sociale giovani sarà attribuito ai soggetti maschio e femmina che avranno raggiunto il maggior punteggio sommando i punti ottenuti nelle suddette manifestazioni.
4 I punti nelle esposizioni speciali e nei raduni organizzati dal CBM con il patrocinio dell’ENCI sono cosi assegnati:
BOB e BOS 7 punti
Cac e primo classificato campioni e giovani 5 punti
Ris Cac e 2 classificato nelle classi campioni e giovani 3 punti
Primi classificati nelle classi libera –intermedia senza
assegnazione del Cac 2 punti
Se nel raduno o nella speciale sono presenti più di 30 cani al BOB e al BOS 1 punto in più.
Il punteggio finale di ogni soggetto dovrà comprendere i punti ottenuti ad almeno tre gare nelle classi giovani, intermedia, libera, campioni.
I punti devono essere acquisiti con tutti giudici differenti. Qualora nel corso dell’anno solare una manifestazione valida per l’assegnazione dei punti fosse giudicata una seconda o più volte da uno stesso giudice potrà essere acquisito un solo punteggio.
5 I punti del BOB e del BOS non sono cumulabili con quelli ottenuti nella classe di appartenenza.
6 Nel caso in cui due o più soggetti, alla fine del ciclo e dei raduni e speciali, abbiano raggiunto lo stesso punteggio, vince quello esposto il minor numero di esposizioni.
7 Nel caso di ulteriore parità prevale il soggetto che ha conseguito il maggior numero di BOB o BOS.
8 In caso di ulteriore parità, prevale il soggetto che ha conseguito il punteggio più alto nell’esposizione con il maggior numero di cani presenti.
9 La classifica verrà stilata dalla segreteria su indicazioni del Presidente del CBM e verrà pubblicata sul sito ufficiale. Eventuali reclami sulla classifica stilata dovranno, a pena di decadenza, essere inviati per iscritto alla segreteria del CBM entro il 31 gennaio dell’anno successivo con accluse la fotocopia dei giudizi e del libretto delle qualifiche. Sul reclamo giudicherà il consiglio direttivo del CBM. Il giudizio del Consiglio Direttivo è insindacabile.
10 La premiazione avverrà in occasione dell’assemblea annuale dei soci dell’anno successivo.
11 Il Consiglio direttivo del CBM rilascerà un Diploma ai soggetti che hanno ottenuto il titolo di Campione sociale e provvederà a farne regolare comunicazione all’ENCI.
12 Il Titolo di Campione Sociale può essere conseguito solo una volta per ciascun soggetto.

The Club of the Bolognese and Maltese establishes the social championship for the breeds represented with the following rules:
- 1 Only dogs belonging to the members of CBM and who have had the following tests completed are eligible:• Dislocation of the patella for Maltese and Bolognese (admitted: 0.1 – 1.0 – 1.1)
• Certification of exemption of hereditary eye conditions for the Maltese
• Certification of PRA (prn) using DNA testing at an accredited institute ENCI (stating: subject ‘clear or subject carrier’) for the Bolognese. - 2 The social championship is an annual event and takes into account the scores obtained in the specials organized by the CBM under the patronage of ENCI during the calendar year 1 January to 31 December. Please note: The specials of the Italian breeds organized directly by ENCI are excluded from the score calculation.
- 3 The title of adult social champion and junior social champion will be attributed to the male and female subjects who will have achieved the highest score by adding the points obtained in the aforementioned events.
- 4 Points by the CBM under the guidance of the ENCI are as follows:• BOB and BOS 7 points
CAC and first in Champion classes and Junior 5 points
Res Cac and second place in champion and junior classes 3 points •
First classified in the open – intermediate classes without assignment of the Cac 2 points.If more than 30 dogs are entered and present at the show the BOB and at the BOS 1 are awarded one point more.The final score of each dog must include points obtained in at least three classes in the junior, intermediate, open and champion classes. Points must be acquired under different judges. If during the calendar year a specific judge awards a second on more than one occasion only one score can be acquired. - 5 The points of the BOB and the BOS cannot be combined or those obtained in the class to which they belong.
- 6 In the event that two or more subjects have reached the same score at the end of the cycle of the special and matches, the one who has been shown on the least number of occasions to reach the top position wins.
- 7 If the number of exposures still results in a draw the dog with the highest number of BOB or BOS wins.
- 8 If this still results in a draw the dog that has scored the highest score in the least shows and has beaten the higher proportion of dogs is the winner.
- 9 The classification will be compiled by the secretary under the guidance of the President of the CBM and will be published on the CBM official website.Any queries regarding the rankings will have to be sent in writing to the CBM secretary by 31 January of the following year, enclosing a photocopy of the judgments and the qualification booklet. The board of directors of the CBM will then review the complaint. The judgment of the Board of Directors is final and unquestionable.
- 10 The award ceremony will take place on the occasion of the annual meeting of members the following year.
- 11 The Board of Directors of the CBM will issue a Diploma to the dogs who have obtained the title of Social Champion and will make a regular communication to ENCI.
- 12 The Social Title can only be earned once for each subject.The Chairman
