Regolamento Campionato Sociale

In vigore dal 1 gennaio 2025

Il Club del Bolognese e Maltese istituisce il Campionato Sociale per le razze da esso
tutelate, con il seguente Regolamento:

  1. Al Campionato Sociale possono partecipare soltanto soggetti di proprietà dei Soci del CBM, purché siano in possesso dei seguenti requisiti certificati:

    TEST LUSSAZIONE della ROTULA per Bolognese e Maltese (ammesso: 0,1-1,0-1,1);
    ESENZIONE OCULOPATIE EREDITARIE per il Maltese;
    TEST GENETICO della PRA (Atrofia Progressiva della Retina) ottenuta presso un Istituto Accreditato dall’Enci (Ammessi soggetti “clear” o soggetti “carrier”) per il Bolognese.
  2. Il Campionato Sociale è annuale e tiene conto dei punteggi ottenuti nei Raduni e nelle Mostre Speciali organizzati dal CBM con il patrocinio dell’Enci nel corso dell’anno solare, dal 1° gennaio al 31 dicembre. Sono esclusi dal computo del punteggio le Mostre Speciali ed i Raduni organizzati direttamente dall’Enci (Enci Winner e Raduni Razze Italiane).
  3. Il titolo di Campione Sociale e di Giovane Campione Sociale sarà attribuito ai soggetti maschio e femmina che avranno raggiunto il maggior punteggio, sommando i punti ottenuti nelle suddette manifestazioni.
  4. I punti, nelle Mostre Speciali e nei Raduni organizzati dal CBM con il patrocinio dell’Enci, sono assegnati ai soggetti che hanno ottenuto la qualifica “Eccellente”, come segue:
    BOB e BOS: 7 punti
    CAC, JCAC, 1°Ecc classe Campioni: 5 punti
    Ris CAC, Ris JCAC, 2°Ecc classe Campioni: 3 punti
    Se nella Mostra Speciale o nel Raduno sono presenti più di 30 soggetti iscritti e presenti, al BOB e al BOS viene assegnato 1 punto in più. Il punteggio finale di ciascun soggetto dovrà comprendere i punti ottenuti in almeno 3 esposizioni nelle classi giovani, intermedia, libera, campioni. I punti devono essere acquisiti tutti con esperti giudici differenti.
    Qualora, nel corso dell’anno solare, una manifestazione valida per l’assegnazione dei punti fosse giudicata una seconda volta o più volte da uno stesso esperto giudice, potrà essere acquisito un solo punteggio.
  5. I punti del BOB e del BOS non sono cumulabili con quelli ottenuti nella classe di appartenenza.
  6. Nel caso in cui due o più soggetti, al termine dell’anno solare e dei Raduni e Mostre Speciali, avessero raggiunto lo stesso punteggio, il vincitore sarà quello che avrà totalizzato i punti con il minore numero di esposizioni.
  7. In caso di ulteriore parità, prevarrà il soggetto che ha conseguito il maggior numero di BOB o BOS.
  8. In caso di ulteriore parità verrà considerato vincitore il soggetto che ha ottenuto il punteggio più alto nell’esposizione con il maggior numero di soggetti iscritti.
  9. La classifica verrà stilata dalla Segreteria su indicazioni del Presidente del CBM e verrà pubblicata sul sito ufficiale. Eventuali reclami sullaclassifica stilata dovranno, a pena di decadenza, essere inviati per iscritto alla Segreteria del CBM entro e non oltre il 31 gennaio dell’anno successivo, unitamente alla fotocopia dei giudizi ed al libretto delle qualifiche. Detti reclami saranno valutati dal Consiglio Direttivo del CBM, il cui giudizio è insindacabile.
  10. La premiazione avverrà in occasione dell’Assemblea annuale dei Soci dell’anno successivo.
  11. Il Consiglio Direttivo del CBM rilascerà un Diploma ai soggetti che hanno ottenuto il titolo di Campione Sociale e provvederà ad inviare regolare comunicazione all’Enci.
  12. Il titolo di Campione Sociale può essere conseguito una sola volta per ciascun soggetto.

The Club of the Bolognese and Maltese establishes the Breed Club
Championship for the protected breeds, with the following rules:
Only dogs belonging to the members of CBM and who have had the
following tests completed are eligible:

*PATELLA CHECK for Maltese and Bolognese (admitted:
grade 0,1-1,0-1,1)
*Certification of exemption of hereditary eye conditions for the Maltese.
*Certification of PRA (prn) using DNA test from an accredited institute
Enci (state admitted: subject “clear” or subject “carrier”) for the
Bolognese.
The Breed Club Championship is an annual event and considers the
scores obtained in the specialties organized by CBM during the
calendar year (from 1st January to 31 of December).
Please note: The shows organized directly by Enci (Enci Winner and
Italian Breeds Specialties) are excluded from the score calculation.
The title of Breed Club Champion club or junior Breed Club champion will
be attributed to the male and to the female that have achieved the
highest score by adding the points obtained in the events.

1) Points by the CBM specialties are obtained as follows:
BOB e BOS: 7 points
CAC, JCAC, 1°Ecc in Champion Class: 5 points
Res CAC, Res JCAC, 2°Ecc in Champion Class: 3 points
If more than 30 dogs are entered and shown at the show, in that case, to
the BOB and to the BOS are awarded one extra point.
The final score of each dog must include points obtained at least in
three shows, in the junior, intermediate, open and champion classes.
Points must be acquired under different judges.
If during the calendar year a specific judge awards the same dog a
second time or more than one occasion, only one score can be acquired
from the same judge.
The points of the BOB and BOS cannot be cumulated on those obtained in
the class to which they belong.
In the case that two or more subjects have reached the same score at the
end of the year, the winner will be the one who will obtain more points
participating in the smallest number of shows.
If the number of exhibitors still results in a draw, the dog with the
highest number of BOB or BOS will be the winner.
If still results in a draw the dog that has scored the highest score in the
shows and has beaten the higher number of dogs will be the winner.
The classification will be compiled by the secretariat under the guidance
of the President of the CBM and will be published on the CBM official
website. Any queries regarding the rankings must be sent to the CBM
secretariat by January 31 of the following year, enclosing a photocopy
of the judgments and the qualification booklet. The Board of Directors
of the CBM will then review the complaint. The decision of the Board
of Directors is final and unquestionable.

10) The award ceremony will take place at the annual meeting of
members the following year.
The Board of Directors of the CBM will issue a Diploma to the dogs who
have obtained the title of Breed Club Champion and will send a
communication to Enci.
1) The Breed Club Championship title can be earned, by each dog, only
once.
